Position: Territory Manager – Aesthetic Devices (VIC/SA/TAS) | Full Time | Hybrid position | Melbourne-based

Salary: Competitive Base + Super + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commissions

The One Clinic Agency is proud to partner with Beauty Technology in the search for a commercially driven Territory Manager to drive growth across VIC, SA, and TAS.

Beauty Technology is the exclusive Australian distributor of globally recognised aesthetic technologies, including Aerolase Neo Elite, Byonik® Pulse Triggered Laser, and Slimyonik® Air Bodystyler, partnering with leading aesthetic clinics and medical professionals nationwide.

The Opportunity

This is a high-performance sales role suited to an experienced B2B salesperson with a proven background selling high-value capital equipment.

We are seeking someone with strong commercial capability, confidence in managing the full sales cycle, and the ability to independently build and convert pipeline through proactive business development activity.

This role is not suited to clinicians transitioning into sales without proven commercial sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth across VIC, SA, and TAS through proactive outbound business development and territory management.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline generation, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.

  • Build strong commercial relationships with clinic owners, cosmetic physicians, dermatologists, and key decision-makers.

  • Clearly articulate ROI, clinic profitability, and commercial outcomes when presenting solutions to clients.

  • Maintain a structured and commercially focused sales approach while consistently achieving targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in medical aesthetics, medical devices, or capital equipment B2B sales.

  • Proven experience selling high-value capital equipment, ideally within the $80K + plus range

  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline and secure new business rather than relying on inbound leads.

  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence discussing ROI, payback, and clinic profitability.

  • Proven ability to own and close the full sales cycle.

  • Confident communicator with strong structure, professionalism, and resilience under pressure.

  • Experience within aesthetic or medical devices is highly regarded.

  • Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout VIC, SA, and TAS required.

  • Only applicants with proven B2B sales experience in medical aesthetics, medical devices, capital equipment, or another high-ticket commercial sales environment will be considered.

  • Purely clinical backgrounds without demonstrated sales performance and deal-closing experience will not be suitable for this role.
