    Amelia is a highly experienced Dermal Clinician and trainer with over 11 years in the dermatology and cosmetic fields. She holds degrees in Business (Human Resource Management & Events) and Health Science Dermal Therapies.

    Currently, she serves as a Contract Clinical Trainer for leading aesthetic device company. A role that allows her to share her extensive knowledge with other professionals in the industry.

    Amelia's passion for training and empowering dermal clinicians is matched by her expertise and exceptional organizational skills. She is dedicated to supporting clinics in achieving high-quality results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

    With 20 years of experience across retail, clinics and high-growth service brands, Jason has built his career around people - leading them, developing them and now, helping businesses find them.

    Starting on the shop floor, Jason grew into multi-site leadership, managing teams across Australia, Asia and Europe. Along the way, he has opened and recruited teams for new sites, rebuilt and coached underperforming businesses and shaped cultures where performance and care thrive side by side.

    Most recently, Jason led national operations for a fast-growing laser-based service brand. There, he refined recruitment and operational strategies, boosted talent retention and supported team members in deepening their expertise. His close collaboration with both clinical and retail teams has given him a sharp eye for what great talent looks like in medical aesthetics and how it shapes client experience, education, and consistent results.
