Position: Territory Manager Aesthetics (VIC/SA/TAS)   | Must be Melbourne Based (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive Base  + Superannuation + Car Allowance, Uncapped Commissions

Beauty Technology is the exclusive Australian distributor of innovative devices such as the Byonik® Pulse Triggered Laser, Slimyonik® Air Bodystyler, and Aerolase Neo Elite. These technologies are designed to rejuvenate skin at a cellular level, promote lymphatic drainage, and address a wide range of skin concerns with minimal downtime, catering to the busy lifestyles of clients

The Opportunity

This is a true territory ownership role where you will drive growth across VIC, SA, and TAS.

You will partner with leading aesthetics clinics, dermatologists, and aesthetic businesses to introduce innovative technologies that elevate treatment outcomes and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Own & Grow Your Territory: Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and converting aesthetic providers across VIC, SA, and TAS.
Consultative Selling: Align advanced technology solutions with client goals to improve patient outcomes and profitability.
Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing—while consistently achieving targets.
Pipeline Management: Track leads and opportunities using sales tools to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clinic owners, doctors, and key decision-makers.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in aesthetics, medical device, or B2B sales

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage decision-makers

  • Commercially driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets

  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to manage your own territory

  • Understanding of aesthetic or laser technologies (highly regarded)

  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
