The Clinique Aesthetic is a premium cosmetic and skin clinic known for delivering advanced, non-invasive aesthetic treatments in a luxurious, state-of-the-art environment. The clinic combines cutting-edge technology with personalised care, offering a wide range of treatments including skin rejuvenation, laser services, and advanced dermal therapies.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Coordinator / Dermal Therapist to join a high-performing team including a Plastic Surgeon and Cosmetic Nurse in a hybrid position. This role will see you managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic while also performing dermal treatments and supporting client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

• Coordinate appointments, patient enquiries, and front-of-house responsibilities

• Perform a range of advanced dermal and skin treatments

• Conduct thorough consultations and develop tailored treatment plans

• Deliver exceptional client care with a strong focus on results and safety

• Support the clinical team with administration and overall clinic coordination

• Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, promotions, and client engagement strategies

• Maintain clinic presentation, stock control, and ordering

• Educate clients on treatment plans, products, and homecare

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and industry regulations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth

Requirements

• Essential to hold a Diploma of Beauty and Associate Degree or Bachelor of Dermal Science is highly regarded

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a clinic environment

• Experience performing advanced skin treatments and use of devices

• Previous experience in clinic coordination, reception, or clinic management is highly desirable

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Passion for skin health and delivering results-driven treatments

• Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team
