You’ll join a highly respected, multidisciplinary faculty spanning Health, Wellness, Science, Education, Aesthetics, Business Administration and Digital Marketing, all dedicated to delivering a comprehensive, industry-aligned learning experience for students pursuing higher education in Clinical Aesthetics.

This role blends hands-on industry expertise with education, offering the chance to inspire, mentor and guide emerging dermal and aesthetics professionals while contributing to the future of the industry.

The Role

As a Clinic Supervisor, to join a national accredited training institute that provides premium education and allow students to graduate with the best recognition of their expertise in the dynamic field of clinical aesthetics. You will facilitate hands-on clinical training, mentor students, and assess their practical competencies, ensuring they graduate as confident and capable practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor students in practical clinic sessions.

  • Facilitate treatments including:

    • Manual lymphatic drainage

    • Electrical facial treatments

    • Microdermabrasion & chemical peels

    • Skin needling & dermaplaning

    • Light-based therapies (hair reduction, vascular, pigmentation, rejuvenation, tattoo removal)

    • Plasma Pen treatments

  • Deliver training that models best practice, professional behaviour, and clinical reasoning.

  • Assess student competency (formative and summative).

  • Provide constructive feedback to support student development.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of training delivery.

  • Participate in staff forums, professional development days, and collaborative moderation with other educators.

About You:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Dermal Science or Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics).

  • Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching is highly desired 

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience in a clinical aesthetics setting

  • Must have prior teaching/training experience (minimum 12 months) and able to demonstrated ability to plan and implement lessons

  • Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and support students.

  • An autonomous, professional, and polished approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
