Your Role

As a Dermal Clinician, you will deliver a world‑class experience from consultation to treatment completion.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct personalised, in‑depth skin consultations  

  • Diagnose skin conditions and create tailored treatment plans  

  • Deliver advanced dermal and laser treatments  

  • Build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships  

  • Execute treatment protocols with precision and consistency  

  • Collaborate with a highly skilled team to achieve exceptional results  

  • Contribute to ongoing learning, best‑practice sharing and clinical excellence  

Treatments & Technology

You’ll work with a premium suite of medical‑grade devices, including:

  • CO2 Laser  

  • Q‑Switch / Laser Genesis 

  • Secret RF & RF Microneedling  

  • HIFU / Ultraformer  

  • IPL

  • Advanced peels, needling and clinical facials  

Experience in Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing), Emsculpt NEO (Muscle/Fat Reduction) and Emsella (Pelvic Floor Strengthening) modalities is highly regarded, but ongoing training is provided.

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a qualified dermal clinician in a luxury yet medical clinical environment  

  • Bachelor's degree in dermal science or similar

  • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology and ingredients  

  • Exceptional communication and consultation skills  

  • A polished, professional presence  

  • A genuine love for skin health and continuous learning 

  • A deep understanding of skincare. Familiarity with Rationale, Dermocosmetica and Aspect/Aspect Dr/Societe/Cosmedix is highly regarded
