Dermal Therapist and an experienced Clinic Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a results-driven clinic with a loyal client base, an outstanding reputation within the local community and a genuine commitment to clinical excellence. We’re seeking an experienced, passionate Dermal Therapist who is excited by the science of skin and committed to delivering personalised treatments and exceptional client outcomes.

For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to join the clinic in a full-time Clinic Manager/Dermal Therapist position. Applicants interested in this pathway must have proven clinic management experience and be confident combining leadership responsibilities with hands-on treatments.

The Opportunity

You’ll provide comprehensive skin consultations, develop tailored treatment and homecare plans, and perform a broad range of advanced skin and laser treatments using premium technology, including:

• Cutera Excel V: Laser Genesis, pigmentation and vascular laser treatments

• DEKA CO₂ Laser and CoolPeel treatments

• HydraFacial treatments

• SkinPen Microneedling

• LED Light Therapy facials

• Chemical Peels

• Cosmelan depigmentation treatments

You’ll build genuine relationships with clients, provide expert skincare advice and work as part of a close-knit team committed to maintaining exceptional clinical and service standards.

The role will also involve maintaining accurate client records, ensuring treatment rooms meet the clinic’s high hygiene standards, and actively contributing to team training and development sessions.

About You

• A recognised qualification in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science or an equivalent field; or a minimum of two years’ industry experience as a Skin and Laser or Beauty Therapist.

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, advanced skin treatments and energy-based technologies.

• Experience with Cutera Excel V, DEKA CO₂ or similar advanced laser platforms will be highly regarded.

• Confident in conducting comprehensive skin consultations and developing personalised, results-focused treatment plans.

• A warm, polished and professional therapist with exceptional communication skills and the ability to make clients feel seen, heard and supported.

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client safety, clinical standards and exceptional outcomes.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and willing to contribute to clinic social media content, including reels, behind-the-scenes content and treatment videos. Previous content experience is not required.

For the Full-Time Clinic Manager/Dermal Therapist Opportunity | This is a Monday to Friday full-time role with both management and treating clients

To be considered for the full-time Clinic Manager/Dermal Therapist position, you must also have:

• Proven experience managing a skin, laser, beauty or aesthetic clinic.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to support, motivate and develop a close-knit team.

• Experience overseeing clinic operations, client experience, performance standards and day-to-day workflows.

• The confidence to balance clinic management responsibilities with hands-on dermal and laser treatments.

• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach, with a genuine commitment to growing the clinic and maintaining its exceptional reputation.
