Clinic Manager opportunity available for an experienced candidate

The One Clinic Agency is proud to partner with Skin Aesthetics Moama, a respected advanced skin clinic located on the Murray River border, to recruit an experienced Skin & Laser Therapist or Dermal Therapist to join its established team.

This opportunity is suited to a therapist who already has strong hands-on experience in advanced skin treatments and laser/device-based treatments and is confident consulting, developing treatment plans and delivering results-focused treatments independently.

You’ll join a clinic with a loyal client base, an excellent local reputation and an extensive range of advanced technology, with ongoing opportunities to further develop your clinical skills.

The Opportunity

You’ll conduct comprehensive skin consultations, develop tailored treatment and homecare plans and deliver advanced skin and laser treatments including:

• Cutera Excel V – Laser Genesis, pigmentation and vascular treatments

• DEKA CO₂ Laser and CoolPeel

• HydraFacial

• SkinPen Microneedling

• Chemical Peels

• Cosmelan depigmentation treatments

• LED Light Therapy and advanced facial treatments

Previous experience with every device is not required; however you must already be confident working with advanced skin treatments and laser or energy-based technologies. Experience with Cutera, DEKA or comparable platforms will be highly regarded.

You’ll also provide expert skincare recommendations, maintain accurate clinical records and work closely with the wider team to maintain the clinic’s high treatment, safety and client-care standards.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced therapist who can confidently step into an advanced treatment environment.

You will ideally have:

• A recognised qualification in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science, Beauty Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of 2+ years’ hands-on experience delivering advanced skin and/or laser treatments within a skin, laser, dermal, cosmetic or aesthetic clinic.

• Demonstrated experience with laser, pigmentation, vascular, resurfacing, microneedling, peels or other corrective skin treatments.

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, contraindications and treatment safety.

• Confidence conducting comprehensive skin consultations and developing personalised, results-focused treatment plans.

• Experience recommending professional skincare and homecare programs.

• A polished, professional and client-focused approach.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• A genuine commitment to achieving excellent clinical outcomes.

You should also be comfortable contributing to occasional clinic social media content, including treatment videos, reels and behind-the-scenes content. Previous content creation experience is not required.

Clinic Manager / Dermal Therapist Opportunity

• Proven experience managing or leading within a skin, laser, beauty or aesthetic clinic.

• Strong leadership and team-development skills.

• Experience overseeing clinic operations, client experience and day-to-day workflows.

• The ability to balance management responsibilities with hands-on skin and laser treatments.
