The Role:

As a Contract Clinical Trainer at Beauty Technology, you will deliver high-quality training sessions on our advanced beauty technology equipment. Your role will involve educating our clients on the safe and effective use of our products, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the continuous professional development of medical/aesthetic professionals. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to travel as needed

A fundamental, in-depth knowledge of skin is essential to this role. The trainer must be well-versed in skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions to provide comprehensive guidance on the effective and safe use of our devices. This expertise will ensure that our clients receive not only technical training but also an understanding of how treatments interact with various skin types and conditions.

In this flexible role, you’ll act as the key educator and clinical expert for Beauty Technology devices, providing ad hoc training and support to physicians, nurses, dermal clinicians, and aesthetic clinics. You’ll help build confidence and capability to deliver exceptional patient outcomes through both in-clinic training sessions and on-demand clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Education: Deliver engaging, evidence-based training to physicians, nurses, and dermal clinicians on Beauty Technology’s portfolio of devices.

On-Site Training: Conduct hands-on in-clinic sessions, ensuring practitioners are confident in both treatment protocols and device operation.

Continuous Development: Stay ahead of clinical best practice and industry trends to deliver the highest level of training.

Applicants responding to this posting must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in Australia

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy minimum; Bachelor of Dermal Science highly regarded.

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience using lasers in dermatologic or aesthetic applications.

  • Proven experience training or educating medical or aesthetic professionals 

  • Confidence in treating skin and explaining treatment protocols to varied practitioners 

    • (Beauty Therapists, Dermal Therapist/ Clinicians, Nurses and Doctors).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to clinicians at different levels.

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required.

  • Must be available to deliver training on a casual/per diem basis.
