seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth across the VIC & TAS territories and represent a global leader in innovative aesthetic and wellness technologies.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to oversee the VIC & TAS territories. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you’ll drive new business development while also managing and growing key accounts.

Structure: Work-from-home + on-the-road. (No dedicated Melbourne office currently, with potential for a showroom or office space to be established in 6–12 months).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business by selling premium wellness and aesthetic devices into aesthetics clinics, wellness centres, and healthcare practices.

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships with a focus on partnership and long-term results.

  • Conduct live product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, education, and relationship management.

  • Travel across VIC/TAS and occasional interstate travel.

  • Work with CRM to manage territory activity, reporting, and client communications.

  • Represent BTL at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in capital equipment, premium B2B, or related industries (skincare, aesthetics, wellness, medical).

  • Bachelor’s degree highly regarded.

  • Strong sales ability with proven success in hitting and exceeding targets.

  • Clinical or aesthetic sales experience

  • Presentable, professional, and confident in public speaking and client presentations.

  • Proactive and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Excellent business etiquette, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within VIC/TAS.

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
