You’ll work collaboratively with other facilitators, moderate assessments, and step confidently into a clinic environment to teach hands-on practical skills. This role is perfect for someone who is autonomous, passionate about the clinical aesthetics industry, and enjoys bringing real-world experience into the classroom.
The Role
As a Clinic Facilitator, you will deliver practical, industry-led learning experiences in clinical aesthetics. You’ll support students to gain confidence and competence in their clinical skills while fostering motivation and engagement throughout their learning journey.
Initial teaching period begins tentatively for January 2025, with 5-day teaching blocks running once a month in January, February and March. Teaching blocks are typically Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate hands-on clinical sessions including chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser hair reduction (LHR), vascular/pigment treatments, galvanic, high frequency and lymphatic drainage.
Support and mentor students, bringing your workforce experience into the classroom.
Step into the clinic environment confidently to demonstrate and supervise procedures.
Moderate assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other facilitators to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
Maintain a professional, supportive, and motivational presence for students.

About You:
Required to hold a Bachelor of Dermal Science or Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics)
WA Laser Radiation License required
Minimum 2–3 years industry experience in the clinical environment
Comfortable delivering practical clinical teaching and mentoring in a live clinic environment.
Autonomous and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Collaborative, open to assessment moderation, and able to communicate effectively with other facilitators.
Motivated to inspire students and bring real-world experience into education.
Ideally has prior training or education experience (minimum 12 months) as this role cannot provide foundational training
Required ABN for contract work
Maintains a polished and professional appearance
