The One Clinic Agency is proud to partner with a well-established skin clinic in the search for an experienced Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician to join the team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician to join a well-established, award-winning skin clinic group operating across inner north and inner south Melbourne locations. You’ll be joining a people-focused, results-driven team that has built a strong reputation over the past decade as one of Melbourne’s most respected skin destinations. With a holistic approach to skin health, this clinic combines advanced medical-grade technologies, internal wellness protocols, and a deep commitment to education and excellence.

The team are leaders in the skin health space, continually investing in innovation, advanced training, and techniques that deliver transformational results for their clients. You'll have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including Aerolase, Cutera Nd:Yag, BBL, IPL, RF Needling

and protocols that integrate internal supplementation to support skin health from the inside out.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician with hands-on experience with advanced skin analysis and skin treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced skin consultations with strong knowledge of extrinsic/intrinsic factors and tailored home care prescriptions

  • Treating skin conditions including vascular, pigment, acne and age management concerns 

  • Performing advanced chemical peels

  • Using technologies such as Cutera Excel V, BBL/IPL, RF, Dermapen and LED

Requirements:

  • Diploma Beauty qualified with 3 years clinical experience with laser and advanced skin treatments

  • A Bachelor’s degree of Dermal Science with a minimum 2 years of industry experience in a skin-only role is

  • highly regarded

  • Must have in-depth skin anatomy and skin analysis knowledge

  • Must be available a minimum to work 2 evenings: Wednesday & Thursday, or One evening and Saturdays
