The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a global leader in medical aesthetics, representing premium injectable and dermal filler solutions. Based in Brisbane QLD to cover the south | east key regions. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented sales position focused on building new business, expanding market share, and maximising revenue growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve KPI’s sales targets.

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships within your assigned territory.

  • Conduct in-clinic product education, training coordination, and business development meetings.

  • Develop strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives to increase product adoption and market share.

  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Service.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all customer interactions are captured and reported.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics, or skincare.

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for aesthetics.

  • Previous experience working with clinics, nurses, or injectors will be highly regarded.

  • Confident, credible, and commercially astute in engaging with key opinion leaders and clinic owners.

  • Proactive and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Excellent business etiquette, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within VIC.

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
