The One Clinic Agency, in partnership with a leading tattoo removal Clinic, is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinic Manager to lead the team and drive growth.

The Role
We are seeking a committed and experienced Clinic Manager who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment to lead our team. The ideal candidate is professional, organised, and passionate about delivering a five-star experience to every client who walks through our doors.
As Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless staffing, scheduling, service delivery, and overall operational excellence. You will guide and support your team, drive performance, and uphold Removery’s high standards in both sales and laser services. Your leadership, professionalism, and client-centred approach will create a positive, empowering environment for both clients and staff, helping the clinic achieve continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support all Clinic staff
Coach team members and manage performance reviews
Oversee scheduling, timesheets, and daily operations
Ensure every client receives a five-star experience
Run daily huddles, team meetings, and support hiring
Manage Clinic cleanliness, stock, facilities, and equipment
Use Clinic dashboards to set goals and drive performance
Ensure compliance with all operational policies
Support neighbouring Clinics when required

Requirements
Business, Leadership, or Management qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Leadership & Management).
Management experience working in a medical, cosmetic, dermal, or wellness clinic.
Strong leadership, communication and sales skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams
Confident using CRM and digital tools
High attention to detail, organised, and proactive
