This Sydney office-based role focuses on managing and growing accounts, converting inbound and outbound opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience across cosmeceuticals/injectables.

The Role:
We’re seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager for a private, high-growth company in medical aesthetics (cosmeceuticals, injectables, or aesthetics background preferred). This is a full-time, office-based role in Sydney focused on converting inbound interest, driving outbound outreach, nurturing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and hit revenue targets. You’ll represent a trusted portfolio recognised for innovation, clinical quality, and consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert new business to achieve KPI and sales targets.
Manage and grow existing accounts: renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and reactivation campaigns.
Handle day-to-day enquiries (phone, email, CRM), prepare quotes, and follow through to close.
Coordinate with Marketing, Clinical/Training, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure seamless onboarding, education sessions, and timely supply.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and weekly forecasting.
Support small virtual events/webinars and in-clinic training coordination as required.
Requirements:
Proven Inside Sales / Account Management experience (B2B preferred).
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with clear, confident communication.
Comfortable working to targets with structured call blocks, follow-ups, and cadence.
Team player who can also work autonomously and prioritise effectively.
Industry plus: experience in medical aesthetics / cosmeceuticals / injectables or adjacent healthcare.
