The Role

As Program Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of the beauty program, ensuring students receive a supportive, inspiring, and structured educational experience. This role requires someone who can walk into a classroom and create an environment where students genuinely enjoy being there, feeling motivated, supported, and confident in their development.

You will balance training delivery with program coordination, compliance, course development, and administrative oversight

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring training within the beauty program qualifications

  • Coordinate program scheduling, student progression, and academic compliance

  • Maintain regular contact with students, offering guidance, mentorship, and encouragement

  • Interpret training packages and ensure compliant delivery and assessment

  • Contribute to course writing and development initiatives

  • Support the transition of theoretical units into online learning platforms.

  • Manage administrative requirements including documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks.

  • Support students from diverse cultures and nationalities with empathy and professionalism.

  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.

  • Provide structured updates and maintain clear communication with leadership

About you

  • Essential to hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a training or education role 

  • Strong understanding of training packages and RTO compliance requirements.

  • Confident in managing both classroom delivery and administrative responsibilities.

  • Course development experience advantageous.

  • Supportive, nurturing, and inspiring teaching style.

  • Culturally aware and accepting of all student backgrounds.

  • Organised, professional, and confident in structured environments.
