The Role:
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth, elevating brand presence, and positioning cutting-edge aesthetic technologies within leading clinics across your territory. You will be responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of clients across the medical aesthetics space, including but not limited to dermatology clinics, plastic surgery practices, cosmetic physicians, and premium medi-aesthetic businesses. Your focus will be on consultative, insights-led engagement, identifying clinic needs, understanding commercial goals, and delivering tailored technology solutions that enhance patient outcomes and maximise business profitability. Success in this role requires a unique blend of relationship-building, technical confidence, and strategic thinking. You'll be expected to take full ownership of your territory while being backed by an experienced and collaborative head office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own & Grow Your Territory: Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and converting clinics and aesthetic providers across your region.
Consultative Selling: Align solutions with client goals to boost patient outcomes and clinic profitability.
Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while consistently achieving sales targets.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline, track leads, and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with clinic owners, doctors, and decision-makers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and training that showcase both clinical benefits and commercial value.
Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity and trends to stay ahead and support strategic decision-making.
About You:
● Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Science, Dermal Science, or a related field is highly regarded.
● 3–5 years of experience in aesthetics medical devices, or high-value capital equipment sales with a proven track record of success.
● Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging with clinic owners, medical professionals, and key decision-makers.
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for taking ownership of your sales performance and client success.
● Valid Driver's License & reliable car is required
