The Role:
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth, elevating brand presence, and positioning advanced aesthetic technologies within leading clinics across your territory.
You will be responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of clients in the medical aesthetics space—including dermatology clinics, plastic surgery practices, cosmetic physicians, and premium medi-aesthetic businesses. Your focus will be on consultative, insights-led engagement, identifying clinic needs, understanding commercial goals, and delivering tailored device solutions that enhance patient outcomes and boost business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Own & Grow Your Territory: Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and converting aesthetic providers across VIC, SA, and TAS.
Consultative Selling: Align advanced technology solutions with client goals to improve patient outcomes and profitability.
Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing—while consistently achieving targets.
Pipeline Management: Track leads and opportunities using sales tools to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clinic owners, doctors, and key decision-makers.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic growth.

About You:
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in aesthetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or medical device sales is essential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior clinic stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Dermal Science, Nursing, or related field (highly regarded).
Self-starter with strong commercial acumen and the drive to own your sales performance.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required.
Understanding of laser technologies and their clinical applications in medical aesthetics would be a strong advantage
