Hourly Rate: $35-42 Per Hour + Commissions + Superannuation

The One Clinic Agency is proud to partner with MD Cosmetics and Skin in the search for an experienced and passionate Dermal Therapist  to join our rapidly expanding dynamic team 

Situated in the heart of Maroochydore, MD Cosmetic and Skin is a results-driven skin health clinic offering personalised, medically-backed treatments that address both the appearance and integrity of the skin. Founded by Melissa Drury, the clinic brings together high-level dermal science, advanced cosmetic technology, and a warm, patient-first philosophy.

We're looking for a motivated Dermal Therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to be part of our next chapter.

The Role:

We are looking for a confident and dedicated Dermal Therapist to join our close-knit team. You’ll be performing a wide range of advanced skin and laser treatments, working closely with our nursing staff to provide holistic, results-driven care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalised patient treatment plans to a high standard tailored to individual concerns 

  • Perform advanced skin and laser treatments using state-of-the-art technologies

  • Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and long-term treatment strategies

  • Support reception and nursing teams (e.g. room flips, restocking, cleaning duties)

  • Encourage a holistic, cross-referral approach to patient care across the clinic

  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and innovations in dermal therapies

About You:

  • Proficient in advanced devices such as Cutera Excel V+, BBL, Halo, Moxi, and Skin Needling

  • Passionate about patient care and achieving real, evidence-based results

  • Strong work ethic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Willing to grow with the business, ideally transitioning to a full-time senior role.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy 

  • Bachelor of Dermal Science (highly regarded)

  • QLD Radiation Laser Licence (required)

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical or dermal clinic setting

  • Must be available a minimum of 4 days per week, and 1 saturday per month
