The Role:

We’re excited to present a career opportunity with BTL Aesthetics Australia, seeking a Business Development Manager (Junior Role) to support the NSW sales team.

This role is ideal for an entry-level or developing sales professional who is motivated to grow their career in the aesthetics and wellness industry. You will be based in Sydney, working a hybrid structure with a mix of office-based days and on-the-road client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the NSW sales team with new business development and lead generation.

  • Proactively identify and qualify new prospects across the aesthetics, medical, and wellness industries.

  • Manage day-to-day account coordination and assist with customer communications.

  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations (training provided).

  • Build strong client relationships and help develop long-term partnerships.

  • Assist in CRM management, reporting, and maintaining accurate sales activity records.

  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent BTL.

  • Contribute to building a pipeline of opportunities through proactive engagement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields is highly regarded.

  • Strong interest in technology, aesthetics, or wellness industries.

  • Clinical or aesthetic industry experience is a bonus but not essential.

  • High energy, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Presentable, professional, and confident when engaging with clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Driver’s licence and willingness to travel within NSW.
