Salary: $35 - $45 per hour + Superannuation and bonus

We’re excited to present a career opportunity with a leading medical & wellness centre who are seeking a Dermal Clinician/Dermal Therapist to join their team and contribute to exceptional patient outcomes.

This modern medical and skin cancer clinic in Redland Bay, led by Doctors and a team of experienced skin health professionals. The clinic provides a full spectrum of services, including general medicine, dedicated skin cancer care, and advanced aesthetic treatments. Combining medical expertise with cutting-edge technology, this clinic is committed to excellence, safety, and long-term patient relationships in a trusted and supportive environment.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dermal Clinician/Therapist to join the growing team led by Doctors and a team of experienced skin health professionals. We are looking for someone who thrives in a supportive, medical-led environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll have the unique chance to take leadership of the dermal side of the clinic, working with cutting-edge Alma Laser systems, HIFU and RF Microneedling. Treatments span skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and vascular reduction, hair and tattoo removal, and acne therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skin Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations using diagnostic tools, photography, and clinical expertise to design tailored treatment plans.

  • Advanced Treatments: Deliver a range of procedures, including skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and vascular reduction, skin needling, chemical peels, LED therapy, PRP, and professional-grade treatments.

  • Patient Education: Guide patients with clear, honest, and evidence-driven advice to ensure confidence and safety.

  • Client Experience: Provide a professional, compassionate, and seamless experience from consultation through to post-treatment care.

  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to patient questions with professionalism and in-depth treatment knowledge, while assisting with patient bookings.

  • Practice Operations: Maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant treatment environment in line with infection control standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma beauty therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Science (or equivalent)

  • QLD Laser Licence

  • Experience conducting professional skin consultations and creating tailored treatment plans

  • Hands-on experience with Alma devices (laser/IPL, RF microneedling, HIFU), Highly regarded

  • Skilled in advanced treatments including skin needling, and chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation,

  • and vascular reduction

  • Familiarity with professional-grade skincare ranges such as Synergie Skin (or similar)

  • Strong understanding of skin anatomy and the science behind treatments
