for an experienced Dermal Clinician to join their leading dermatology team across two premier Melbourne locations

Led by Dr Clare Schofield, our team offers a wide range of evidence-based treatments addressing everything from acne scarring and pigmentation to fine lines and skin laxity, using cutting-edge technology and a patient-focused approach for both medical and cosmetic concerns. Our clinics are conveniently located in the heart of Kew and at the Paris end of Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Dermal Clinician to join our collaborative and patient-focused team across both Kew Dermatology and Melbourne City Dermatology. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside respected dermatologists and skin professionals, delivering evidence-based, results-driven treatments using the latest in medical and cosmetic technologies. The ideal candidate will be confident in creating bespoke, results-oriented treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique skin type, concerns, and goals. You will be responsible for performing a variety of advanced dermal and laser treatments, ensuring the highest standard of care, safety, and clinical outcomes. In addition to direct patient care, you will play an active role in educating patients on their treatment options, performing follow-up, and supporting the clinic's broader mission of holistic, long-term skin health. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalised treatment plans, including skincare and procedural treatments
Perform a range of medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments using state-of-the-art equipment
Conduct follow-up care and support patients throughout their treatment journey
Assist Dr Clare Schofield in delivering expert dermatological careAbout You:
Proficient in using advanced devices such as Cutera Excel V+, Candela Nordlys IPL, Ultraformer, RF
microneedling, Pastelle Q-Switch Laser, and Fraxis CO2
Deeply committed to patient care, safety, and achieving outstanding clinical results
Enthusiastic about the dermal industry with a desire to help grow the cosmetic services of the clinic
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Flexible to work across both clinic locations – Kew and Melbourne CBD
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Dermal Science
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably within a dermatology or medical clinic setting
Completion of a Dermoscopy degree is highly regarded.
Must be available a minimum two days per week: one day based in Kew, with potential for additional days, and Fridays at Melbourne City Dermatology
