Join one of Sydney’s doctor-led boutique clinics, located in the heart of prestigious Paddington. The clinic is known for delivering refined, natural results through evidence-based aesthetic medicine and a personalised, patient-first approach. Led by experienced medical professionals, the team offers a serene and private environment where a loyal, results-driven clientele seeks high-quality care. You’ll be working alongside a collaborative team of Doctors, Nurses, and Dermal Therapists who share a passion for skin health, precision, and clinical excellence. The clinic specialises in premium injectables, advanced skin therapies, and cutting-edge laser treatments, with a strong emphasis on holistic, long-term outcomes. Patients trust the team for our integrity, subtle enhancements, and our ability to deliver natural results without over-treatment.

The Role:

As a trusted Aesthetic Physician, you will work independently and collaboratively to deliver tailored cosmetic treatments across injectables, skin, and laser. You’ll be supported by a nurturing team and guided by our Medical and Surgical Director. This position is ideal for a practitioner looking to align with a high-standard clinic that values skin health, artistry, and patient-first care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform injectable and skin rejuvenation treatments, including anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, bio-remodellers, collagen stimulators, polynucleotides and skin boosters

  • Perform laser treatments including; CO2, Pico, and/or vascular lasers

  • Perform energy-based device treatments - RF Microneedling

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and medical assessments

  • Develop and manage personalised treatment plans aligned with patient goals

  • Maintain thorough and accurate treatment documentation

  • Confidently manage patient complications and post-care follow-up

  • Participate in stock control for medical supplies and injectables

  • Contribute to content creation and in-clinic marketing initiatives

  • Uphold professional and clinical standards in line with AHPRA guidelines

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin health, and aesthetic balance

  • Approachable, consultative style with a patient-first focus

  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work autonomously

  • Passion for continuous improvement and professional development, skin science, and aesthetic innovation

  • Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • A high achiever with big career ambitions

  • Availability: Must be available on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Requirements:

  • Essential: MBBS and full AHPRA registration

  • Essential: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cosmetic Doctor in a clinical setting

  • Essential: A portfolio of before-and-after injectable results

  • Highly regarded: Proficiency in advanced laser technologies (vascular, Pico, CO2). advanced skin treatments

  • and energy-based devices.
